AI & Machine Learning Engineer

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer at HatchWorks Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Your role will involve conducting research on the latest AI trends and technologies, optimizing machine learning models for performance, and integrating these models into our existing systems. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Our AI Technologists are also pivotal in providing webinars and other forms of education to our clients on AI trends, new tools and providing proofs of concept. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond simply creating new technology. We believe in our AI Technologist creating the future!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning development
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with version control systems like Git
